An intensive Five Day Falconry Course where you can learn the key skills of falconry and what it takes to own and care for a bird of prey. Learn the basics of housing, husbandry, and much more all whilst on the beautiful grounds and in the formal gardens of Eastwell Manor.
Our team has a collective experience of over 60 years in falconry and hawking, making us well equipped to hand this knowledge over to you.

This course is for the set dates of the 23rd to the 27th of March 2026 for 10:00am – 16:00pm each day.
If you are unable to attend the full course, or a particular date from the course, refunds are not applicable and will not be given. Please only purchase this course if you are able to attend these dates.
If at any point the group numbers do not meet our minimum requirement, the course will be postponed. You will be able to rebook your course for the next course dates available. Alternatively, in this instance refunds will be applicable. We cannot be held accountable for any travel or accomodation costs incurred if this is the case.

We advise long sleeves and appropriate walking shoes or boots for the duration of the course. Absolutely no open-toed shoes on the course. A long sleeved jacket, hoody, or jumper is also advisable for the more physical aspects of the course.
Please dress for the weather that is forecast for the week of the course. We have a few poncho’s available for guests to use but we may not be able to provide one for everyone.
To take part in the course, a reasonable level of fitness is required.
Minimum age requirement – 12 years (under 16’s must be accompanied, please enquire for further information)
Bring a packed lunch! Both your mind and body will be challenged on this course so don’t forget to fuel it. Alternatively, you can enjoy a lunch in the manor’s bar where they serve exceptional meals.
Eastwell Manor –
We are blessed to be based on the grounds of Eastwell Manor, Hotel & Spa. A beautiful 15th century manor house based in Ashford. Please enquire with the manor house directly as to their availability for the dates of this course. We are not affiliated with the manor in any way and their terms and conditions should be read and understood in full, before booking with them.
